Though, I found that it was a bit confusing with all the different people involved in the battle, but the author kept doing flashbacks to keep me on track to who these people were and their personal history. I found the maps provided somewhat helpful - they should have been more detailed. Otherwise, a pretty good read. 2. Avg. I believe that it was poorly written, and the plot dull, however there was a lot of detail, so that was ok.
